They were shipped without any protective materials aside from the wrapping on the candles themselves, which resulted in most of them being scratched and gouged, especially at the top.
When I contacted customer service for replacements, I was informed that they only replace candles if the candle itself is damaged and not the packaging. Despite explaining that I needed them in good condition for my boutique, I had to go through the process of requesting replacements. Although I eventually received new candles, it was frustrating to deal with this issue.
