options got me the vases I needed for my event, when I needed them. While I understand the broken vases were not the fault of quick candles, the complete lack of customer service was appalling. The customer service agent who also identified herself as the “assistant manager” and told me there was no one higher than her to speak to to resolve my issue continually cut me off while I was speaking. When I told her I would be writing a review she told me she “looked forward to reading it.” If I had only read reviews on other sites instead of on quick candles site then I would have known about the terrible customer service. I ordered 15 sets... all arrived in perfect conditions!

I had a good experience ordering and the cylinder vases. The process was easy and the vases reasonably priced.

I ordered 7sets of the 6X8 cylinder vases . One of the vases arrived broken. I emailed customer service& Tiffany promptly replied! She was so nice , she offered a refund or a replacement, I asked for a replacement & in a couple of days , I had it at my door!. Tiffany was wonderful! I highly recommend Quick Candles ! Thank you!

I bought 10 of these to use as centerpieces for my daughter's Sweet 16. They came packed really well, and the pricing was excellent! I would definitely buy from Quick Candles again.
